Free illustrated hair bow instructions. How to make Boutique, Korker, and Stackable Bows. Tip on how to make money selling hair bows. More hair bow and other instructions will be added regularly.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
I wanted to help mothers learn how to save money by making their own hair bows. Also, I wanted to show them how they could make money by doing this.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
In Feb. this year. This is my first website.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
Create a Bow just fit what I was doing.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
The instructions are totally free and are step by step. The ideas are fresh. Also, I have invited the viewers to send in their instructions to participate. This way it is more interactive. I want to add new things as I go.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
Keep it to make money on ads. Also, add to it to help mothers create their own hair bows. I like to do this I love crafts so this is a good hobby.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
I do not worry about this it is realy just for my hobby.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Well I would be makeing all kinds of new bows and get the instructiosn online.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes!!!
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
None, just my time.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Learning how to get the site out to people so they know it is there.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Still working on this.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
I think that it is turning out great!!
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
This is my first month. I will keep it up as long as my hands can make crafts.
