If you want to succeed, you have to work smart, put in your time and be disciplined enough to stay the course even when you think that you have just about had it and want to throw in the towel. Our business started with lots of headaches, but now all of that hard work has paid off. We only work, well a gizzillion hours a day still, but at least we know that our only bosses are our customers. True, they can be very demanding, but overall, I believe that the rewards far outweigh customer issues.
