With the rising cost of fuel, daycare and health benefits, I wonder if companies will find ways to help their workers stay at home and work?Just think, if you could stay at home (SAVE on gas and wear and tear on your car), have your kids at home (SAVE on babysitting, but maybe LOSE your mind if you are not organized), eat at home for lunch (SAVE money on fast food and also REDUCE your health care costs), and no one will know if you are working in your pajamas or your best designer church suit... what would you be gaining?
I would put money on this being the wave of the future. Companies will figure out a way of keeping their employees on the payroll working from their homes. Think of all the office furniture and post it notes they would save money on!
